CG Outing

helloooo everyone!
its PADMA :D
the committee heads have already been chosen, so report directly to the respective comm heads k?
to those who wanted to be comm heads, SORRY that you can't take up the position this time.
but there will always be other times! we'll go round robin! :D
here are the details of the CG outing.

Coordinators:

Committee heads:
- REUBEN (AV)
- XIAO XUAN (FOOD)
- JANICE and JUNIPER (LOGISTICS)
- CHLOE (GAMES)

right so, this will be a ROUGH guide to what each committee has to do. you don't have to follow it strictly, its up to you to decide (:
AV:
> take pictures/videos so that people who won't be going will know whats going on.
> then of course, post it up here for sharing!
> music, AV equipment like speakers etc (to create some atmosphere? i dunno HAHA)
Food:
> use the money given to go get loads of nice food for everyone!
> then bring it there on the day itself (:
> cannot be ALL chips okay!!! :D
Logistics:
> attendance! find out who can go and who can't.
> tell us the venue and time to meet on the day itself.
> for those who don't know how to get there, arrange for them to meet up and proceed there together so that we won't have any lost sheep (;
> calculate the budget and collect the money!
> get all the mats, cups, plates and what not (:
Games:
> we won't be having games the WHOLE day. most of it will be free time.
> think of games that help the class to bond and everyone can have fun together! (:

things to note:
- if you cannot go (CONFIRMED won't be going) then tell any of the coordinators. OR you can just tell Janice directly.
- if you have food requirements, tell the coordinators or Xiao Xuan.
- if you have any suggestions, you can share with EVERYONE and we'll try to make it work out :D
